How can I view and close an open trade?
To view and/or close an open trade:
- Log into your MT4 account via your VPS or Remote Desktop Connection.
- Go to your MT4 Terminal
- If the Terminal is not open --> click View on the top left --> select Terminal.
- Once the Terminal is open, you can view and close any open trades under the Trade tab of the Terminal.
- You may manually close an open trade by clicking X.

I Have Multiple Software Tools But Only See One On My MT4, Why?
Your software tools are located on separate MT4 accounts, which are labels (1), (2), (3), & (4).
You will need to close the current MT4 chart by clicking "x" or "-" on the top right to view your current available tools.
You will then get access to your current available tools, as shown in the image below.
However, if your current Expert Advisors are not showing, please make sure you have followed the proper steps to launching your tools using your Tool Marketplace.
