Please follow the steps below if you want to Buy and Send a 14-Day Access Pass to a customer.
Step 1: In Your back office, go to Gift Passes.
Step 2: If you have purchased a Gift Pass, you can proceed to Step 4. If you haven't and you want to purchase, click Buy.
Step 3: You will be taken to the Checkout page for the 14-Day Gift Pass. Here, you need to add to your cart how many Passes you want to purchase, and then you can complete the order.
Step 4: If you go back to Gift Passes, you will now be able to send one to a customer. Choose a Specific email address and fill in all the other information, with a note to the recipient at the end. This Gift Pass will only be available to the email address it is sent to. Nobody else can use it.
