Uneven Points in Backoffice

Occasionally, you might notice an irregular number of points in the back office. For instance, instead of having 0.5 or 1 point, you might see 0.93 points, as shown in the image below. This issue can usually be resolved by clearing your browser's cache.

How to Clear Your Browser Cache:

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
3. Select "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data."
4. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time."
5. Check the box next to "Cached images and files."
6. Click "Clear data."

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge.
2. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
3. Select "Settings."
4. Click on "Privacy, search, and services."
5. Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
6. Select a time range. To clear everything, select "All time."
7. Check the box next to "Cached images and files."
8. Click "Clear now."

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari.
2. Click on "Safari" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences."
3. Go to the "Advanced" tab and check the box next to the "Show Develop menu in the menu bar."
4. Close the Preferences window.
5. Click on "Develop" in the menu bar and select "Empty Caches."

If the problem persists after clearing the cache, the next step is to clear your browser's cookies.

4. Click on "Manage Website Data."
5. Select the websites whose cookies you want to remove, or select "Remove All."
6. Click "Remove" or "Remove All" to clear the cookies.
