This could be due to the following:
1: You have created an order and are attempting to create a secondary order.
Resolution: A. Close the order in your cart- ->Log into your back office --> Click on Shop & Orders --> Shop --> Close the order.
B: Pay the Current Order ---->Log into your back office --> Click on Shop & Orders --> Orders --> Pay.
2. The credit card used has been applied to more than two accounts.
Resolution: Try using a different card or another payment method.
3. Payment information was entered incorrectly or is invalid.
Resolution: verify all your information entered is correct, billing address; the card is not expired, CVV, etc...
4. Credit card payment has declined- You may contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction to process and then retry completing the pending payment.
5. If the payment continues to be declined, you may choose an alternative payment options
You may choose from an alternative Credit/Debit ( Visa/Mastercard), Skrill, Uphold, Safety Pay, bitcoin, or alternative cryptocurrencies, as well as contacting your upline/sponsor for a Gift Card
