When the gift card was purchased, it was sent to the email address on your Auvoria Prime account. If you did not receive the email with the gift card, please confirm that the person who created the gift card used the correct email. You can not cancel a Gift card, and if the Gift card is not used for 7 days, you can change the recipient of the card or ask us to help you change the recipient of that Gift Card.
