If your Broker does not show up when you are initially setting up your Auvoria Prime Connect, you can create a ticket requesting your Broker to be added to the list.
If you are logged into your Auvoria Prime Connect, and your Broker does not show up on the server list on MT4, please verify that you are searching the correct Server Name. You can verify this information in the email that you received from your Broker. They will provide you with the Server Name as well as your login credentials.
