If your Tax forms, KYC, & Tax ID - (U.S. customers) have been approved, it is most likely that you currently do not have any funds in your wallet.
If you would like to have your subscription on auto-renew via wallet, your wallet must have sufficient funds to cover the monthly subscription to have the ability to turn the toggle on wallet Auto-Renew.
To verify you have sufficient funds please log into your Auvoria Prime back office and click on

- My wallet
