No, you can purchase an Access Pass as soon as you wish and get access to the products and/or services that you want immediately.
How long does the 7-Day Free Gift Pass last in my back office?
There are two types of 7-day passes, passes that you were given as part of your monthly access pass subscription, and passes that you may have paid for. The five free monthly passes do expire in 30 days. The paid passes do not expire.
Where can I find my 7-Day Free Passes?
On the left-hand menu in the Auvoria Prime back office, you will see a menu item called “Manage Access Passes.” Click on this link to see the admin panel for your access passes.
How many times can a 7-Day Pass be used per account?
Each Auvoria Prime account can use one 7-day pass.
How can I send someone a 7-Day Gift Pass?
Once you have 7-day passes to give to people, you will send the pass to someone by using the Manage Access Pass on the left-hand menu in the Auvoria Prime back office. On the manage access pass page, you can enter the person’s email address on their Auvoria Prime account, and the pass will be sent directly to them to be used on checkout.
When you go to "Gift Pass Management," you can see how many Gift Passes you have available in the top right corner of your page.
Below that, you will see this screen, where you will be able to add the email address of the recipient, as well as the type of Gift Pass. When you send the Gift Pass, the recipient will receive an email. They can only claim the Gift Pass by using the email you've sent the Gift Pass to.
Also, when you open any page in your Dashboard, at the top right corner, you can see "Feature Tour." By pressing this, you will be guided through everything on that page.
How can I buy a 7-day Pass?
The 7-day passes can be purchased in the Auvoria Prime back office. You will find the link on the left-hand menu under the shop.
Can I change the Recipient of an unused 7-day Gift Pass?
Yes, in the Access Pass management section of the Auvoria Prime back office, you can adjust the pass recipient if the pass goes unused. It is important to remember that the five free 7-day passes given to any account with at least a bronze access pass will expire after 30 days.
