Customer Rewards Points Calculation
The Personal Team Points (points from all personally enrolled Customers or Affiliates, excluding those who have enrolled the 7 days prior to the rebill) are counted towards the Customer Rewards. Your points do not count towards the Customer Rewards.

The Referring Customer receives a $199 discount on their monthly subscription for 6 points as calculated in “Customer Rewards Points Calculation” above.
The referring customer receives a $299 discount on their monthly subscription for 9 points as calculated in “Customer Rewards Points Calculation” above.
The referring customer receives a $399 discount on their monthly subscription for 12 points as calculated in “Customer Rewards Points Calculation” above.
“Customer Reward” Examples:
1 The Customer has purchased an Access Pass.
The Customer personally enrolls three Customers or Affiliates each with Silver Access Passes.
The Customer has a total of six (6) Personal Team Points.
The Customer qualifies for a $199 discount off their monthly subscription.
If their Monthly Subscription is a Silver Access Pass, their monthly subscription is $218 plus the optional $30 AP Platform Fee or $247. They receive a $199 discount and only need to pay the remaining $57.
2 The Customer has purchased an Access Pass.
The Customer has two personally referred customers. One Silver Pass (2 points) and one Platinum Pass (4 points).
The Customer has a total Personal Team Renewal of six (6) Points.
The Customer qualifies for a $199 discount off their monthly subscription.
If their Monthly Subscription is a Gold Access Pass, their monthly subscription is $317 plus the optional $30 AP Platform Fee or $347. They receive a $199 discount and only need to pay the remaining $147.
3 The Customer has purchased the Silver Access Pass (2 points).
The Customer has four personally referred Customers/Affiliates.
The Customer has a total of nine (9) Personal Team Renewal Points.
The Customer qualifies for a $299 discount off their monthly subscription.
If their Monthly Subscription is a Silver Access Pass, their monthly subscription is $217 plus the $30 AP Platform Fee or $247. They receive a $299 discount and do not need to pay anything. (In this situation the customer may want to get a Gold Access Pass and benefit from all their potential discounts since there is no rollover of extra discount amounts.)
Maintenance Qualification
As long as the Customer maintains:
- An Active Subscription and
- Two or more personally-referred customers with Active Subscriptions that total a minimum of six (6) points.
They can qualify for “Customer Rewards Points Calculation” above.
Personal Customer reaching their own Customer Rewards
Personally-referred Customers who achieve their own “Customer Rewards” status may not count for the personally-referred Customer requirements, and their points do not count either toward the enrolling Customer’s qualification. If a Customer has two personally referred Customers and one of them becomes “Customer Rewards”-qualified, the Customer must replace that Customer with another Customer having enough renewal points, in order to continue qualifying.
Refunds
If one of the personally referred Customers who were used to qualify another Customer for the “Customer Rewards” asks for a refund, the qualified Customer will be required to pay the next Renewal and begin the qualification process again.
Upgrading to Affiliate
If a “Customer Rewards” qualified Customer decides to upgrade to Affiliate during a month in which they are qualified for "Customer Rewards,” that Customer’s next Renewal will not be discounted. The new Affiliate must pay for the full renewal of the subscription to continue the use of the products.
