 Can Panther stay open and run over the weekend?

Yes. Panther has no problem running over the weekend.

 

Which trading sessions are the best for Panther?

Every session is great as its trades are open for extended periods of time, therefore it is not limited to any session.

 

Is there a best time frame for Panther?

It depends on the currency pair itself. Most of the pairs are run on a 30 min time frame. Make sure you watch the setup videos and attend the weekly calls to know how to work with Panther as effectively as possible.

 

What is the maximum number of pairs to be used with Panther?

The Panther strategy is fully designed to run 10 specific pairs all the time. These pairs are synergistic, and so adding or removing pairs could result in a worse performance than the settings recommended by the developers. 

 

Can Panther run with multiple pairs?

Yes, Panther is designed to run on 10 pairs all the time.

 

Which currency pairs work best with Panther?

We recommend using the preset settings, but we know that people that use it long enough start to experiment with other pairs. If you look at the name of the EA file you will see the best time frame and best pair. You can use any other, but your results could be significantly worse than recommended settings. 

Make sure you are part of the Panther community so you can keep up to date with what other people are doing to make Panther work even better for them.

 

What is the minimum account size a person should have to use Panther?

It depends on your risk, but minimally, it will run on a $500 account with moderate risk. The larger the account the less risk involved because some drawdown will be manageable. 

 

Which days of the week should Panther be active on?

Panther’s strategy includes trades that are open for 3 to 12 days, making it more of a swing trader than a scalper. This strategy means that Panther can be left active for the whole week and over the weekend with no problems. 

 

How much time does Panther take to manage on a weekly basis?

Once you set Panther up it takes little to no time each week, depending on your trading strategies. It is suggested that you attend the weekly insights call to hear from the Panther team to know if anything special needs to be done for the upcoming trade week. Including the weekly call, you can expect around an hour per week. It always is recommended to monitor your trading account regularly.

 

What makes the Panther expert advisor unique?

Panther is unique because for every pair being traded, we have a specifically customized strategy. Panther also trades like a professional trader, which is unlike many EAs that are available. Panther uses a fixed stop-loss and take-profit for every position it takes and it also has a special exit type (depending on the strategy).

 

Who is the Panther strategy best suited for?

Panther is for a person who likes to grow their trading account with maximal use of technology and as few hands-on actions as possible. Attend the weekly insights call to see if there are any needed edits to your trading strategy for the coming week.

Panther mostly (60%) uses the trend-following strategy, and (40%) uses a reverse-based strategy.

The Panther that you see today and can use has been running on live trading accounts for 1 year now, but some strategies have been running for 4 years or more.

How long has the Panther strategy been tested on historical data?

Panther has been tested on 5 years of backtest data, but we only show 2 years of backtest data. This is due to program optimization which takes place every 6 months, so we are getting more consistent results.

 

When was the Panther expert advisor developed?

Panther was developed in phases, so in the beginning, we started with simple strategies, and last year we put them together into the product we have now. So some strategies have been live tested for 3-4 years, and some have only been tested for 1 year. So if we put it simply, Panther was developed in December of 2020. 

 

Is Panther a “set and forget” forex trading software?

Auvoria Prime does not consider any software a “set and forget” software. While the International version of Panther is more automated, we always suggest that the user goes through the videos that the developer releases and be part of the weekly and daily updates that are posted. However, once the customer chooses the risk settings, the software does do a lot on its own. It calculates the lot size for every single trade depending on what % of risk the customer chooses. It will also set take profit, stop loss, and manage the trade.

Panther users that are citizens of the United States will have access to the manual approval version (MAV) of the software, which differs only in that a user must approve or decline each trade notification.
