Before you get on the AP Setup Call with one of our professional AP Support Agents, there are a few steps you need to follow.
Step 1 - Make sure you Purchased AP Setup
Make sure to Purchase AP Setup. If you haven't, use the link below to purchase it.
Step 2 - Receiving an Email with instructions
After Purchasing AP Setup, you will receive an email with instructions.
Step 3 - Creating a Support Account with AP
- Go to https://support.auvoriaprime.com/hc/en-us, and click Sign in.
- This is not the same as your AP Account, so you need to Sign up. This is a Zendesk account creation, you will use it to communicate with our Support Team.
- Finish the sign-up process.
Step 4 - Competing the Setup Form
In the email you received, you can find the link to the Setup Form. You will be asked multiple questions regarding your Account Information, Forex Experience, Product of Choice, etc...
After you complete the form, click Submit and Choose a Time
Step 5 - Scheduling the Call
- After you've completed the form, you will be taken to Calendly, where you will be able to schedule a call with our team. Pick a date and time, and click next.
- Enter your Name, Email, and Phone number so you can be notified of the call, and click Schedule Event.
- Your Call is now scheduled and you will receive an email with a Zoom Link of the call to join.
