Here’s how it works:
To earn credit or receive commissions for referrals to Social Trading/PAMM, ensure that your referrals are properly tracked and connected to your account.
The key step is providing us with your Investor ID.
What is an Investor ID?
Your Investor ID is a unique identifier provided by your broker, which allows us to track referrals connected to your account. Without this ID, we can’t ensure you receive credit for your referrals.
How to get your Investor ID:
- Contact your broker directly — Simply reach out to your broker’s support team and request your Investor ID.
- Send your Investor ID to us. Once you have it, send it to our team by creating a ticket so we can properly assign and track your referrals.
Important:
✅ If you provide us with your Investor ID before your referral signs up, we will automatically link that referral to you, and you will earn commissions on their activity.
⚠️ If your referral signs up before you provide us your Investor ID, then you’ll need to contact your broker and request that they manually link your referral’s account to your Investor ID after the fact — this can take additional time and may not always be possible.
