How Do I Cancel My Account or My Current Software Subscription?

To cancel your current software subscription or affiliate membership, please log into your Auvoria Prime back office and follow the steps below

1. Shop & Order
2. Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription # would like to cancel
4. Cancel 

Please be sure to submit a ticket if you are within the 7 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.
